Senior Class Gift

Senior Class Gift

Every year the Senior Class makes a gift to UCR to celebrate graduation.

Give Now

The Class of 2014 has chosen to support the "Vision for Sustainability: Reduce, Reuse and Refill."

Please make a gift of $20.14 today and help meet the goal of 100% class participation!

The Senior Class is raising funds for filtered water stations for the student body. These stations will provide free, filtered drinking water at various locations throughout campus.

Your gift will help purchase water filtration systems like this one.

Why should you give?

  • You will REDUCE the use of disposable water bottles and help the environment.
  • You'll help students save money and allow them to REUSE environmentally friendly water bottles.
  • You'll be able to REFILL as much as you want every time you're on campus—for free!

Gifts made before May 8th, 2014 will be recognized in the Honor Roll of Donors in the Commencement Program. Please help in our efforts to better our university and the environment.

Carrying on the Tradition

The big "C" on Box Springs Mountain is considered the first gift from students to UCR in 1955. Since that time, seniors have made gifts to the campus that include:

  • Scholarship support for future students.
  • Support for the Learning Center.
  • Support for the Career Services Center
  • Support for the previous Chancellor Timothy P. White and Dr Karen N. White Endowed Scholarship Fund
  • Reserve books for the UCR Libraries
  • Funds for recycling efforts on campus
