Senior Class Gift

The Senior Class Gift is your first opportunity to give back to UCR. The money raised through the Senior Gift campaign is designed to provide funding for the needs of the campus that are not generally supported by tuition or by state funds.
This year, your elected ASUCR representatives have chosen to support the Chancellor Timothy P. White & Dr. Karen N. White Endowed Scholarship Fund. Your gift to this endowed scholarship will help students in their pursuit of higher education while honoring the White's. This is a gift that will live in perpetuity here at UCR.
Show your Highlander pride by contributing $20.13 in honor of the Class of 2013.
Any gift, regardless of size, is welcome and will be recognized in the Honor Roll of Donors in the Commencement Program. (Gifts must be made by May 10, 2013).

Why We Give...
Whether or not you received financial aid while you are at UCR, your education has been partially financed by private support. Tuition and state funding cover only part of the cost to educate each student — gifts from alumni, parents and friends make up the rest.
The Class of 2013 and future classes have been fortunate to receive support from those who came before us. It is now our turn to continue the tradition for current and future students.
Carrying on the Tradition
The big "C" on Box Springs Mountain is considered the first gift from students to UCR in 1955. Since that time, seniors have made gifts to the campus that include:
- Scholarship support for future students.
- Support for the Learning Center.
- Funds to re-plant trees lost during construction.
- Reserve books for the UCR Libraries
- Funds for recycling efforts on campus
