The Benefits of Joining the UCR Alumni Association
UCR Alumni Association members receive the benefits that are not available to the general public. Whether it is reconnecting with old friends, building up your Rolodex or to reminisce about the greatest years of your life, the UC Riverside Alumni Association is for you.
- "Highlanders Online" Alumni Community UC Riverside's Online Alumni Community is a great place for our alums to stay in touch with former classmates and network with others. You can create your own personal page through MyPage, post photos, get an alumni.ucr.edu e-mail address and take advantage of free permanent e-mail forwarding. You have complete control of your information, including the ability to opt-in or out of the emails that you receive from us.
- Alumni Chapters and Clubs The UCR Alumni Association has chapters throughout the state, including Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire and the Bay Area. The association sponsors events across the country. Find a chapter near you and see a list of scheduled events.
- Alumni Association Travel Program Since 1984, the UCR Alumni Association Travel program has provided participants with opportunities to broaden their cultural horizons, foster ties with the university and enhanced camaraderie with fellow alumni while experiencing new.
- The Alumni Career Network The Alumni Career Network is made up of alumni who are willing to share career information with students and other alumni. Network members may be contacted to set up appointments for in-depth informational interviews. Alumni Career Network listings are located in the Career Center Library.
- UCR Career Center Resources for Alumni The UCR Career Center provides services designed to support your career and job search needs. Alumni Association members receive a 20% discount on all fees. For information on services for alumni or to schedule appointments with a career counselor call (951) 827-3631.
- Volunteer Opportunities There are a variety of volunteer opportunities for UCR Alumni. Join an Alumni Association committee, work in the Office of Alumni & Constituent Relations or talk to students about the benefits of UCR. Contact the Alumni Association to learn more.
