Office of the Vice Chancellor of Research
Led by Dr. Charles F. Louis, the Office of Research oversees the various campus research centers and organized Research Units and has direct oversight of:
- The Office of Sponsored Programs Administration
- The Office of Research Integrity
- The Office of Technology Commercialization
- The Office of Research Development
- The Campus Veterinarian
Other duties include providing UCR faculty and deans with possible research funding opportunities and facilitating proposal development. The vice chancellor is also the campus official responsible for investigating alleged research misconduct on campus.
