UC Riverside

Under the guidance of Gretchen Bolar, the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance & Business Operations consists of the following units:

• The Budget & Resource Analysis unit administers the campus' operating budget and is responsible for resource allocations to all departments, schools, colleges and divisions. It also oversees the fiscal management of the campus and is responsible for financial reporting.
• The Capital & Physical Planning unit is responsible for the Capital Improvement Program, physical planning and space-management on campus.
• The Office of Design and Construction, responsible for the creation of new facilities at UCR.
• Environmental Health and Safety is responsible for oversight of health, safety and sustainability practices at UCR.
• The Financial Services office provides accounting and payroll services for the campus.
• Human Resources oversees the hiring of non-academic personnel, manages benefits programs and offers employment education and development.
• Materials Management is responsible for campus purchasing, equipment management, storehouse, business agreements, and shipping and receiving.
• The UCR Physical Plant, which is responsible for campus facilities and facilities operations.
• The UCR Police are responsible for public safety on the UCR campus and team with the Riverside Police Department to serve the community around the university.
• Printing and Reprographics provides full-service printing and copying services.
• Real Estate Services provides the following services:
  • Lease and license administration (office, cell sites, ATM's, etc.).
  • Public/private joint ventures (third-party development).
  • Acquisition and disposition of real property.
  • The Faculty Housing Program.
  • The Mortgage Origination Program.
• Transportation and Parking Services is responsible for all campus parking, transit and alternative transportation services.

• • The office is also responsible for the oversight of UC Riverside's campus Policies and Procedures.

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance & Business Operations is located in the Surge Building, room 326.
