Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Planning & Budget
Under the guidance of Gretchen Bolar, the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Planning & Budget consists of five units:
- The Budget & Resource Analysis unit administers the campus' operating budget and is responsible for resource allocations to all departments, schools, colleges and divisions. It also oversees the fiscal management of the campus and is responsible for financial reporting.
- The Capital & Physical Planning unit is responsible for the Capital Improvement Program, physical planning and space-management on campus.
- The Institutional Planning unit is responsible for supporting the enrollment and academic planning of the campus.
- Audit and Advisory Services assists the Board of Regents and university management in the discharge of their oversight, management, and operating responsibilities through independent audits and consultations designed to evaluate and promote the system of internal controls, including effective and efficient operations.
- Real Estate Services provides the following services:
- lease and license administration (office, cell sites, ATM's, etc.)
- public/private joint ventures (third-party development)
- acquisition and disposition of real property
- the Faculty Housing Program
- the Mortgage Origination Program
The Academic Planning & Budget office is located in the Surge Building, room 326.
